A child will be called healthy, if his/her body can immune the antibody attacks from outside. Normally the immunity power of a child is small. With the increasing age, the immunity power increases. At this stage, a child may easily attack by various viral infections, viral fever, indigestion, common cold, etc. Thus, for have a healthy child, his/her parent should take care of their child by providing all the basic needs of their health issues.

The most common disease seen in many children is indigestion; as their digestive power system is not that strong enough for having all kind of junk foods. Hence many of the children get affected with food poisoning easily. The main cause of food poisoning is having those foods which have gone bad. Bad means those foods are get affected by various toxins like bacteria, virus, fungus, and other parasites.

The symptoms of this food poisoning are severe abdominal pain, continuous vomiting, loose motions, diarrhoea, nausea, etc. Yet, this food poisoning is not any serious disease. This disease normally stays for 2 or 3 days, after that it goes away at its own. But during the period of the disease, a special care should be taken to the child. If the disease runs for more than 3 days the parents must consult with a child specialist for medication.

No medicine should be given to the child without doctor’s consult. As the digestive system of the child is not that strong enough, so many side effects can also occur due to the medication.
