In women, abdominal pain during the period of menstrual cycle is a very common matter. The cause of the pain is the shed of endometrium; which ensure the woman that she is not yet pregnant. But pain and bleeding during pregnancy is not a normal happening. While being pregnant, the endometrial should not be shade.

While discussing about pain and bleeding during pregnancy, it can be said that, abdominal pain is not that abnormal condition that of bleeding. Due to the growth of the embryo in the womb of the pregnant woman, the pain may happen due to stretching of the internal womb tissues.

The abdominal pains are often seen in case of ectopic pregnancies. Here, the fertilized egg comes out of the uterus and start growing in any of the fallopian tubes. And since, the fetus comes out of the uterus, normal bleeding carries out. This is the reason behind the cramping pain and bleeding during pregnancy.

Premature labour pain is another vital cause for the pregnant woman. This kind of pain occurs during the second or third trimester. Then, the victim should go for immediate gynaecologist concern. The symptoms of the pain are the watery and bloody vaginal discharge.

This bleeding during the period of pregnant along with tenderness and pelvic pain is not a good thing at all, and should not be left untreated.
